Country music has changed immensely since Jimmie Rodgers and the Carter Family pressed their first records in Bristol, Tennessee. However, thing thing has been constant for the last 100 years–The Grand Ole Opry. This year, the Opry will celebrate a century of country music with a star-studded event. Blake Shelton, Jamey Johnson, Ricky Skaggs, and many more were already slated to perform. Earlier today, the lineup got even bigger.
Alan Jackson, Post Malone, and Keith Urban have joined the celebration’s lineup. However, they will likely not be the final additions to the three-hour TV special.
