On Saturday night, Carrie Underwood walked on stage at the Resorts World Theatre for one last show of her Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency. Over the last three years, the singer welcomed fans from all over to celebrate her career in country music. From her start on American Idol, the singer proved herself to be a top singer in the genre. And when walking off the stage, she was the longest-running Las Vegas residency of any solo female country artist. Making history yet again, Underwood decided to celebrate the moment when she presented Make-a-Wish with a massive check thanks to her Las Vegas residency.ย
Having worked alongside Make-a-Wish for over two decades, Underwood found the perfect time to present the check for $236,844. Outside of the donation, April was a significant month for the organization as it was World Wish Month and this year marked the 45th anniversary of the program.ย

Knowing the amount of dedication it took to perform over 70 shows in Las Vegas, Underwood prepared to donate to Make-a-Wish from the very start. Setting aside $1 from every ticket sold during her time in Las Vegas, it seemed that Underwoodโs fanbase didnโt disappoint.ย

Carrie Underwood Grateful For Las Vegas Residency
Considering it the end of an era, the Senior Vice President of AEG Presents Las Vegas, Bobby Reynolds, praised Underwood and the historic moment. โCarrie and REFLECTION have made Las Vegas residency history, a testament to the tremendous artistry, talent, and fandom that have powered this production since the venueโs opening. The AEG Presents family could not be more proud to have presented this show alongside Carrie and her team over the last three years, as well as the Resorts World Las Vegas family.โ
While wishing her the best as she explored other avenues in her career, Reynolds added, โHer incredible talent has left an indelible mark on our team, this venue, and her fans, and we will cherish the memories from her unforgettable performances.โ
As for Underwood, she also took a moment to look back over the last few years and what she accomplished. โIโve loved being in Las Vegas where weโve welcomed fans from all over the world who have come to see us. Itโs been so special to reflect on the first 20 years of this career I am so grateful for, and have loved being on stage with my band and all the performers every night. Thank you AEG Presents, Resorts World, and Las Vegas for making my first residency such an amazing experience!โ
While no longer performing in Las Vegas, fans can still see Underwood as she helped Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan find the next big star on American Idol.ย
