Reader “Andpet” approves of Jack White’s approval of Lady Gaga:
.
“Jack seems smart enough to appreciate mainstream bubblegum pop, never acting like some of his elitist fans and contemporaries ( M.I.A, Joanna Newsom). Gaga is a pop star, and she writes simple, fun music. At least Mr White can appreciate that. His fans need to put away their worn out Pavement albums and put down their lattes. Snobs.”
