
Before Eric Church’s Inside the Outsider exhibit closes at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the Nashville venue will host a writers’ round with aย few of his songwriters on Saturday, Feb. 20.
The event, which is billed asย Writersโ Round: The Songs of Eric Church, featuresย a few of the country artist’s close-knit songwriting collaborators such asย Casey Beathard, Jeff Hyde, Luke Laird and Jeremy Spillman.
Since his 2005 debut,ย Sinners Like Me, the above songwriters have worked alongside Church to craft songs like โCold One,โ โCountry Music Jesus,โ โGive Me Back My Hometown,โ โHomeboy,โ โLike a Wrecking Ball,โ โMr. Misunderstood” and โSpringsteen,โ all of which will be featured in the writers’ round. Laird (“Give Me Back My Hometown”) and Hyde (“Springsteen”) have both received Grammy awards in recent years for their work with Church.
Theย exhibit is open until Feb. 21 and explores hisย life and career withย stage wear, guitars, song manuscripts, photos and more from his personal collection.
