In November, Darryl Worley’s daughter sustained numerous injuries as the result of a head-on car accident. Since the accident, Worley has been updating the public on his daughter’s recovery in a light-hearted, sentimental, and humorous manner. Particularly, he shared a photo of his daughter’s injured foot stating, “She calls this one her turkey toe,” per an Instagram post.
Worley continues to update the world on his daughter’s recovery. However, this past Thanksgiving, he took to Instagram to give a more extensive comment about all the parents who might have tragically endured the loss of a child this past year.

Darryl Worley’s Aims To Give Back
Worley gave an awfully heartfelt statement, as his kind words spanned over two different Instagram comments and entailed themes of prayer and thankfulness. In the first comment, Worley wrote, “As I reflect on the year that has come and gone I am certainly thankful” and “It has been a challenging year to say the least but not as challenging as some have endured.” He closed out the comment writing, “We are all so grateful to God for his continued mercy and grace.”
Worley continued in another comment and again thanked the higher powers at hand. In his second comment, he acknowledged the many other families and individuals who weren’t so lucky this year. “I have spoken to many people of late who were not so lucky” and “Me and my family will be praying for those who have lost their own children in so many different ways. I can’t imagine how hard the holidays must be.”
In light of the hardship Worley is acknowledging, he concluded his final comment with, “During this holiday season it is my goal to lift those people up in prayer nonstop” and “We will be doing something for them through the Darryl Worley Foundation as soon as we figure out what that looks like.” Needless to say, Worley is a class act, a generous human being, and a man who is thankful for every breath he breathes. With that in mind, he aims to spread these sentiments across the country as the rest of America embarks on its holiday season.
