Dolly Parton has been introducing herself to younger audiences with recent collaborations. Earlier this month, she teamed up with Grammy-winning pop star Sabrina Carpenter for a new version of “Please, Please, Please.” Now, the country legend is delivering her wholesome message of love, friendship, and empathy to an even younger audience in her latest collaboration with The Wiggles.
The Wiggles are a massively popular children’s music group. They’ll release their new country-themed album Wiggle Up, Giddy Up next month. The collection will include collaborations with Parton, Lainey Wilson, Morgan Evans, Orville Peck, Jackson Dean, and many more. Additionally, the group reimagined several country classics for the album. For instance, they transformed the classic “9 to 5” into “Counting 1 to 5.” That song and their collaboration with Parton titled “Friends!” dropped last Friday (February 21).
