As Drake’s North American It’s All A Blur Tour starts to wind down, it seems like he’s been in an extra generous mood. This past week, on two separate occasions, the Toronto rapper paused his concerts to acknowledge some attendees seeking his attention. Both times, out of seemingly pure altruism, he shined a light on his loyal fans, while also giving them incredibly lavish gifts.
The first instance of this came on Tuesday in Atlanta, when Drake spotted a couple in the crowd holding up a sign that read: “We canceled our honeymoon for this.” When noticing this, he took it upon himself to make sure the couple would still get to enjoy a trip for their wedding.

โSee like, a sign like thatโฆ You better be serious about that because thatโs nothing to play about,โ he told the love birds. โYou better swear on everything. Thatโs your man right there?… Lemme look in your manโs eyes and see if he telling the truth or not.
โAlright, since we in Atlanta tonight and Iโm feeling all the love from everybody. You know one of my favorite places in the world, you know what it is? Itโs a place called Turks and Caicos. Iโma send yโall to Turks and Caicos.โ

Though it’s unclear how their trip will be facilitated, it seems like Drake is a man of his word and a willing sponsor of the newlyweds’ Turks trip. What should reassure the couple of this is the fact that their favorite MC executed a similar gesture later in the week.
On Friday (September 29) at his show in Miami at Kaseya Center, the 36-year-old hip-hop icon spotted a fan holding up a similar sign as Tuesday’s. This time, though, the man-made allusions to Drake albums like Honestly, Nevermind (2022) and Her Loss (2022) and explained how his partner ditched him right before the It’s All A Blur concert.
“I spent all my savings, buying tickets for me and my ex,” the sign read. “But honestly, nevermind, itโs really her loss.”
Drake seemed to empathize with the broken-hearted bachelor and replenished his savings account in a major way.
“Sheโs gonna feel real fucked up โcause Iโma give you fifty bands [$50,000] so you can flex on her,โ he told the fan. โThatโs how we doing it tonight, big dog. Itโs your night tonight.”
Drake’s St. Nicholas-inspired tendencies as of late are likely inspired by his plans for this upcoming Friday (October 6), when he will provide the most important gift of all. Releasing his highly-anticipated eighth album For All The Dogs, Drizzy will cap off his tour in dramatic fashion, feeding listeners who’ve been hungry for the LP all summer.
Until then, watch some clips of the aforementioned moments from Tuesday and Friday below.
