At the beginning of June, Rod Stewart announced that he was postponing his June 1 Las Vegas residency concert at The Colosseum Theater until June 10 because he was suffering from the flu. Several days later, the 80-year-old rock legend revealed that he’s now postponed or canceled all of his shows scheduled in June prior to his June 29 performance at the Glastonbury Festival in the U.K.
Stewart shared the news in a message on his social media pages explaining that he’s continuing to recover from the flu.

“So sorry my friends,” Sir Rod wrote. “I’m devastated and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience to my fans. I’ll be back on stage and will see you soon.”
The canceled dates are Stewart’s Las Vegas residency shows that were scheduled for June 5, 7, 8, 10, and a June 14 concert in Stateline, Nevada. He also postponed shows on June 12 in Paso Robles, California, and June 15 in Rancho Mirage, California. Those concerts are now set to take place on September 20 and September 21, respectively.
More About Stewart’s Planned Glastonbury Performance
Stewart is scheduled to perform during the teatime legends slot at the Glastonbury Festival on Sunday, June 29. Rod revealed during a recent interview on That Peter Crouch Podcast that he willed be joined onstage at the festival by his former Faces bandmate Ronnie Wood.
Stewart also told BBC radio presenter Zoe Ball recently that his Glastonbury performance will feature three special guests.
Stewart’s Other 2025 Performance Plans
Stewart has dozens of other upcoming concerts lined up in 2025.
After Glastonbury, Stewart will launch a North American summer tour that plotted out from a July 3 performance in Quebec City, Canada, through an August 15 concert in Maryland Heights, Missouri. Cheap Trick will be opening many of those dates.
From September 24 through October 4, Rod will be back in Las Vegas for another six residency shows. They will be followed by a Latin American tour leg in October and a series of European concerts in November and December. Stewart last scheduled 2025 gig is a December 17 performance in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
