Always willing to help others and give back, the singer gained a sizable following that continues to grow with each new performance. And recently, performing at the Harley-Davidson Homecoming, Jelly Roll decided to perform his new song “Lonely Road” by welcoming Machine Gun Kelly to the stage.
Getting the chance to watch Jelly Roll perform live is more than enough for most fans. But given that it is Jelly Roll, the singer seems to always have a trick up his sleeve. And since he released “Lonely Road” on Friday, the concert appeared to perfect place to showcase their new song for the first time. Jelly Roll Shares Heartfelt Message About Machine Gun Kelly
Besides entertaining fans, Jelly Roll took a moment to praise Machine Gun Kelly for his talent and positive attitude. “To my brother, I want you to know The positive energy radiating off of you. I can’t even shower you with enough praises for how incredible it has been to watch you become one of the greatest most multifaceted songwriters and musicians in the game. Thank you for picking me to be on this one brother. This song was going to be hit no matter who you called I’m just honored it was me.”
Wanting fans to see the heart and passion Machine Gun Kelly brought to the song, Jelly Roll added, “I’m glad the world is getting to see your heart. You’ve been misunderstood for so long it feels a bit vindicating to watch the world see your soul. You’re one of the good ones Kells. Now let’s LACE UP!”
As for fans, they praised both singers for their collaboration and the heartfelt lyrics. “A collab we didn’t know we needed but it’s so good! We are all on this lonely road together! Kells x Roll.” Another fan added, “Being a og fan of his I cried reading this. So happy for you both to have made it so far! We love y’all! Lace up!!!”
