
Check out “Driftwood,” the latest track from relative newcomer Jesse Jo Stark. The song is heavily reminiscent of Mazzy Star, with Stark’s dazed and dreamy vocals recalling some of Hope Sandoval’s finest moments.
โLove is a beautiful hell,” says Stark of the inspiration behind the track. “‘Driftwood’ is my deadly ode to being consumed by love and thenโฆletting it go.โ
