Miranda Lambert Perfectly Claps Back at Idiotic Body Shamer

Miranda Lambert is a prime example of this, and it shows up in both her music and her interactions with fans. Miranda Lambert Won’t Stop Wearing Leggings

Taking to social media Friday (Feb. 28), Miranda Lambert recapped her February activities with a carousel of pictures. From the looks of it, the 35-time ACM Award winner’s month included horses, goat yoga, and comfy leggings. What could be better?

However, one person seemingly took offense to Lambert’s wardrobe choices. “Yikes, legging type pants are not attractive on people with a little extra here and there,” they wrote. “They don’t do you any favors. You are too beautiful to display the unattractive parts.”

Fortunately, the rest of the comments section wasn’t having it—and neither was Lambert. The East Texas-born artist, 41, shared a screenshot of the comment to her Instagram stories, along with the perfect response.

“Good to know!” she wrote, adding a cry-laughing emoji. “I’ll do better about displaying my ‘unattractive parts.’”

Sarcastically, the “Wranglers” singer shared a photo of herself wearing the offending leggings in the next slide. Meanwhile, fans continued to come to her aid. “Miranda, you don’t have ANY unattractive parts,” one commenter wrote. “You show every gorgeous part you want to!!!”

That includes spontaneous songwriting sessions. “Whether it’s a planned co-write or a last minute, ‘Hey, somebody canceled, do you want to come in on this write?’ One of my favorite examples of that is with Jelly Roll,” she said.

“My friend Jesse Frasure said, ‘Someone canceled and he’s been wanting to meet you!’ I went and wrote and became great friends,” Lambert continued. “That’s something I love about Nashville. It feels like a family. The family you choose.”
