Already creating a promising career for himself, Post Malone released numerous studio albums and headlined tours like the Twelve Carat Tour and the Runaway Tour. But for the last several months, the singer teased his entrance into country music. Much like Beyonce, Malone shared a love for the genre and hoped to add his voice to country musicโs rich history. And that moment came when he released F-1 Trillion. Besides gaining praise and more than a few new fans, the hitmaker recently took a moment to pause his busy life and share a lasting memory with a little girl battling cancer.
Since 2021, Ava, who is just five years old, battled a type of brain cancer called pilocytic astrocytoma. While seeking treatment and going through chemotherapy, the little girl lost her vision. But that didnโt remotely stop her from enjoying life and even getting the chance to hear Malone perform live. But during the concert, the singer noticed her shirt, which detailed her dream to meet the star. Without hesitation, Malone insisted, โCome up to the front, ladies and gentlemen, weโll sign that shirt. And f*ck cancer.โ

Post Malone Meets One Of His Biggest Fans
More than willing to sign her shirt, Malone took it a step further after he walked off stage. Meeting her backstage, the singer took time to get down on the ground with her and discuss a range of topics like Elmo and Crocs. Avaโs parents revealed that during her years of chemo, she only wanted to listen to Malone.
Capturing the moment on video, fans gushed over the special moment, writing, โThis is the sweetest ever! Melts my heart that Ava got to meet him. And he was so kind to her. Iโve watched this 3 times now!โ Another comment included, โOMG! She is adorable. So glad she got to meet him – memories have been made. So happy for her. Theyโre friends now for sure.โ
Setting up a GoFundMe for Avaโs treatment, the page witnessed a massive influx in donations as the family raised nearly $23,000 to help one of Maloneโs biggest fans continue her fight against cancer. And as Malone insisted, โF**K Cancer.โ
